This gym has three floors. A seperate floor for legs workout. Even in rush hours there is plenty of space to workout. The staff is courteous. The washroom is quite spacious and clean. Overall decent hygiene is maintained. Machines need to be updated. But the availability of space makes up for the lacking in equipment

By far the best facility around. This new location is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. management( vari chouhan) to the trainers( pritpal and arjun ), by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend rugged fitness to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this new facility
