This hotel is not for family, the rooms are odinary and staff is also not humble. There are may other hotels better that is available around. The breakfast is also bit simple.
Please go by don't ratings for this hotel. don't book this hotel before 2 - 3 months of stay. I booked a room through makemytrip 3 months before for 4 k per night. But the same rooms are available for 2 k just before 2 days on stay on the same makemytrip. The room is very bad with old furniture smell. Bath rooms are just ok. Breakfast has only 2 options. The only good thing is the location of hotel
Overall Pathetic experience!!! Pathetic rooms, neither ac worked nor tv nor the wifi. Poor breakfast option. Poor housekeeping.. Dirty rooms dirty and torn linens with cigarette marks... Dirty washrooms. Stay only if all hotels in Goa are booked. They suggested a cab driver who was a potential woman molester. Everything about this was bad. SUPER BAD
Stayed in Ruffles Beach Resort from 11th -13th March, 2023. Resort location is very good, it is in the heart of Candolim. However, there is no parking place available inside the resort and if you are taking your own vehicle, then you will have to rely on public parking place Infront of the hotel. Food is good, but rooms are a bit old. Needs a bit of renovation.
Very Poor Hotel, I visted here 21 oct to 23 oct, Air conditioner very very poor, lot of electricity power cut, zero level cleaning of room, Damaged and used towel as well as blanket provided, reception don't pickup call, Very bed experience
It's a good place to stay, but when it comes to room service, cleaning and care taking, they could improve a lot on it No problems faced, but the service was overall lacking, pretty sure they can do much much better
I would like to say little bad experience on hygeine and cleaning part.theu don't change bedcover,towels regularly inspite of telling 2-3,times did not clean bathroom once in 4 days. Room service number always busy, we asked bottle they told we provide on first day only then they gave jugs . They cleaned room 1 day only that too wid stinking mop didn't clean bathroom also disappointed
