One of the worst experience i had for my massage therapy ! Complete wastage of money! The staff is not at all qualified to do the job and don't have appropriate knowledge of deep tissue massage! Just putting oil and pressing the muscles without any knowledge ! I felt bad for my wastage of money and time! And after contacting the owner and giving feedback the only answer i get is " Hamare Alibag mai aasahi hota hai" Did not even care to apologise and threading me to let me know the person who send me to them !

It's too costly and if you want to spend so much of money it's competitors like passion are much better!!

Best Place to go in Alibag for Hair Care and related services. The Franchise will grow and make a mark for sure

We visited for a haircut and hair colour he charged something 600 so we were doing Google pay but he said I need to pay gst as well he charged 108 rs extra for the sake of gst plus he was so rude he doesn't know how to behave with customers that is so unprofessional not recommended at all

Rootzz is one of the best salon Alibag can offer, i have been visiting rootzz for past few years. I can easily say it has the best services one can offer....

One of the best, clean Salon in Alibag.. staff is professional, skilled.
