Laxmi Narayan Cottage - Home Stay in Alibag - Raigad, India

Room was superb. Amazing service !!! Owner of the property is very cooperative and helpful. The TV worked fine , AC was also working perfectly well. Bathroom had nice water pressure and shower . Both hot and cold water available. Breakfast was tasty. All in all, a nice and comfortable stay!! Price is very reasonable and close to beach just 15mins walking.

Mr. Sanjeet Mhatre (Dada) is one of the greatest host in Alibaug. This was our 2nd visit and our only place of stay whenever we visit this part of Alibaug. It is in the heart of the town. The most reasonable and Value for Money is how i can describe Laxmi Narayan Cottage. Its proximity to all imp places like bus stand, vegetable market, wholesale fish market, retail fish Market, wine shop, good restaurants, forts and beaches. We mostly come to Alibaug to just chill, we don't go anywhere as we have seen most of it. So the room is where we spend our maximus time. This place is the safest and best option for a family outing. Sanjeet dada and family stays on the ground floor and are available for all the requests and information. The rooms are clean, the linen is clean also all necessary things like tables, chairs, plates, spoons, glasses are kept in the room. If needed they provide extra too. They have a large spare refrigerator just for guest rooms for chilling beer, food, ice creams etc. Also, if requested they take us to buy raw fish from the wholesale fish market and prepare it home style. The food is prepared and served at their other farmhouse called 'Madhumalti Homestay' which is 5-7 mins away. We mostly buy fish for all meals and eat there only. Also if you do not wish to go out there are menu cards from really good nearby restaurants like Samadhan, Raj, etc. Who deliver at the cottage for no extra charges. Do visit this place for a pocket friendly and awesome experience. Cheers...

We stayed here for 3 nights and it's been a wonderful experience. Completely resembles the feeling of staying at home. The room is spacious and well-appointed, especially Sangeet went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. The breakfast was amazing offering a Variety of options. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend laxminarayan Cottage to others.

I had the pleasure of staying at Laxminarayan Cottage with my 10-month-old baby for a last-minute, 2-night trip, and it was truly a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of our host: Sanjeet and his family was heartwarming. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Despite our last-minute booking, we were accommodated in a spacious room, which was a pleasant surprise, given our baby's needs. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast they provided. It was really delicious. It felt like a home-cooked meal, and they even took into consideration our baby's dietary preferences. This attention to detail truly set them apart. In our room, there was a Jhoola which my little one just loved and was very excited to play in it. One more highlight was the proximity to the beach which was a 15 mins walk from the house. In terms of cleanliness and comfort, Laxminarayan Cottage exceeded our expectations. The room was impeccably clean, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Overall, our stay at Laxminarayan Cottage was a delightful experience. I can't thank Sanjeet enough for his kindness and hospitality. Also, Thank You for dropping us early in the morning at the bus station. If you're looking for a cozy, welcoming, and family-oriented place to stay, look no further. We will definitely be returning.

This place is near by to- Alibag bus stand-450 meters, Alibag Beach- 1.6km, Varsoli Beach- 2.4km It is really a good place to stay in Alibag with homely environment. I was there with family and I hadn't feel anything missing which was required. Owner is humble and very supportive. He will suggest restaurant and places to visit and there is no doubt on it. Thanks for making this visit comfortable!! Choose this place as 2nd home during Alibag visit without any doubt.

Sanjeet owner of the cottage is nice person including his family . my son got sick so his mother readily agreed to make maggie for him. Dont consider this review as part of promotion but this is genuine feedback. All the available facilties were working good like geyser, tv , wifi , good parking place.

I had been to Alibaug in November 2023 for my official work. I reached Alibaug late night at approx 8 pm , because i caught the last ferry boat to Alibaug from Mumbai. I had some urgent work the next morning. Therefore i was looking for options for a stay. I googled some places nearby and I first called laxmi narayan cottage. Luckily there was availability for a stay at reasonable rates. I reached there after taking a night meal. The owner welcomed greadly and provided a room. The room was so spacious and comfortable. The room was so good as compared to the rates. Also they provide basic amenities like towels, toiletries, geaser, etc. If you need food then you have to order from nearby restaurants. Also restaurants are within walking distance from there. Overall Laxmi-Narayan Cottage is the best option to stay in alibaug for friends and family. If you come to Alibaug then the best staycation is here!
