Absolutely horrible service!!!! Disgusting and disappointing! Beware you will definitely get a foot injury along with a pedicure AND a burn free free free with waxing!!! Absolutely disgusting service, I specifically asked for no bleach for my sister's hair colour and they still used bleach and burnt my sisters hair!!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

Very bad experience. I visited this salon dis evening. Receptionist asked me to wait for 10 mint for eye brow . I waited for 45 mint. when I asked mam when will staff get free? She said mam still all staff is busy. Can't say you exactly. No time value for roopsy salon. And one think I noticed 2-3 staff members were roaming here and there without any meaning.. Overall staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. One thing more they were not sorry for delay

Its a lovely place where I love to visit for my all major events because I very much trust them for their work and extent of service they give to their clients. Always satisfactory. For makeup always prefer roopsy because it caters to one needs perfectly and dolls up me always in a beautiful way which is being praised even after years. Staff is very overwhelming and friendly. They deal with you as you are their someone special within whom they wanna spread smiles always.
Very modern & Western style saloon but staff don't communicate with customers very much so it is common for the staff to just stop working and leave you then come back a few minutes later and keep going with the job. I found this very frustrating - happened approx 6 times during my haircut, twice during eyebrow threading & 4 times during pedicure. They do quality work though and it is very clean.
