The 4.7 star rating is fake. If you are coming to this salon for bridal makeup, you are wasting your money, these people will ruin your day. 25000/- for such a unprofessional service is waste. Even people from your street makeup artist would do a better job. These people do not know how to treat a bride and highly unprofessional. The owner did my makeup and I had the worst makeup base for my bridal look. I asked them to fix my base, they started giving me lecture. The staff who helped with my makeup was so rude, she give me really hard time. Even she put setting spay right after putting maskara on and mascara drop off. Even my lipstik started coming off after 1 hour and started caking. I did not enjoy my makeup experience here.

Worst experience. I had a facial, mani -pedi done. The staff was kind but didnt do any of the services as expected. They bleached my face but I could tell they didn't leave it on long enough. I asked them numerous times to do threading but they didn't do it. the mani pedi is a disaster. I would not recommend them at all.

Worst experience ever, won't even give one star to this place.Very unprofessional and unpunctual staff. They just ruined my day. Only training people do your makeup and hair.The worst thing was they actually move their clients from one chair to another, to make base, to do eye makeup, to do hair etc etc. Like plz you are charging more than enough amount from customers then give them good service too. This 4.7 rating is totally bluff. They really need to focus on management especially client needs Make them comfortable rather than moving from chair to chair. Unfortunately, i was not happy from the service provided by them. I was very disappointed and had terrible experience.

Worst Customer service ever. Wasted RS.25000 for bridal makeup and they ruined the day. The training people does the bridal makeup here, which is the worst thing. They don't know how to apply eye brow gel and don't know anything about concealer. Can anyone help me about how to file a case on them.

Had really nice experiece at this salon. Got ready from this salon on my weddig and they did really great job. Staff was friendly. They did the makeup and my hair exactly the way I wanted. Got so many compliments and made me feel really speacial on my speacial day . Thanks krystal look
