It has been incredible journey with Rishikesh yog dham. I was really confused about choosing a right school to start my yoga teacher training course. After exploring different schools, I found "Rishikesh Yog Dham" when i got to this point, everyday what i learnt here has applied to my lifestyle. It teaches you different aspects of yoga. Teachers here had the next level of knowledge thats when i learnt yoga is not only asanas or flexibility, but it is more to adapt to our daily lifestyle. This place is at the top of the hills where you feel that your close to heaven, super hygienic and amazing food. Rishikesh yogdham has different schools, one i went to is an ashram where they teach multiple courses like 100hrs, 200hrs, 300hrs or 500hrs. I came here for 200hrs vibe here pulled me back to complete the remaining. According to what i wanted to learn i ended up taking more and more courses, and ended up with completing my bachelors in yoga. They also have courses on kundalini where they literally awaken your inner self. And also going to do my masters in yoga from Rishikesh Yog Dham.

I have attended Rishikesh Yog Dham and it was really an amazing experience. They provide Yogic food to nourish both body and mind which is very healthy and delicious as well. Instructors were knowledgeable and not only did they teach how to do Asanas but also taught every minute details of that. Also staff and facilities are highly cooperative and they made sure to have a healthy environment. Overall they provided an exceptional Yoga journey with accommodation, great learning, Satvik food and an eye catching beautiful scene. I highly recommend RYD for understanding and exploring Yoga.

Yogdham is a place where all your thoughts get aligned and when thoughts are aligned the journey of learning becomes effective. The faculty is outstanding and the schedule is followed religiously. Arvind ji ensures that each student is comfortable beat it in terms of stay, food or yoga practice. I highly recommend it for 200 hrs YTTC. If you are beginner like me don't think twice and jump into this pool of tranquility. P.S: It's cost effective, hygienic and the staff is very helpful.

I had an amazing experience here, it was like a home away from home. The best part is that this school doesn't take many students so teachers give 100% attention to all the students. No other school pays attention to the alignment and posture but thankfully here I learnt the alignment & posture. Teachers are so good that they make sure you are understanding everything they teach and I'm also happy with the service & staff's behavior. If anyone looking to learn YTT, try this school.

I had an amazing journey here Great class , all the teachers are so patient , explained and made me learn and relearn the practice of yoga . P.s. the owner is the most amazing person I met definitely made my experience unique . Btw the extra classes and the trips we took to the mountains left me speechless 500 H Definitely recommend!!!

This is Rishabh from Dehradun , I've done my 300 hour YTTC in January 2023 . My experience there at Rishikesh Yog Dham has been the best I could have had at any Yoga School in Rishikesh . Their supporting & friendly staff , experienced teachers never felt like strangers , and the positive energy and ambience radiating from that place , being the Yoga capital of the world was just the best part of my course I would highly suggest anyone this place to have an amazing joyful experience.
