200hrs TTC Just finished my 200 hour yoga teacher training for hatha and ashtanga yoga in rishikesh. The yoga vidya school is a perfect place for learning. Peaceful and surrounded by forest, the rooms are clean and spacious. The teachers are really good and professional. Their only goal is to offer traditional education and make the student progress and grow, not only professionaly but also in personal life. The food is very healthy and delicious. I really enjoyed my time here and will come for my advance practice soon. I am 54 years old and started yoga 3 months ago (for the first time in my life) with Yoga Vidya School. Since I live in Wisconsin, I enrolled in On-line classes. I experienced three different instructors each month over this period and I had an amazing experience with all three of them. I want to thank the school for giving such a positive experience to me to an extent that I am now fully committed to make yoga part of my daily routine moving forward. Thank you for your commitment to inspire old dogs like me and actively spreading this ancient yoga practice around the world.

Great teacher with emphasis on correct posture, breathing and drishti. I like the teaching style which builds up daily while repeating what was taught previously. Great for beginners, at the same time, season practitioners are given precise instructions on how to improve on forms. I also like that students are responsible for their own daily practice with recorded videos at the end of each class.

I have had the pleasure of being taught by the best teacher I have ever met, Prashantj, through online classes for several months. It has been an amazing experience. I have been searching for a teacher like him ever since I started practicing yoga, and now I feel like I have met the right person. His explanations and approach to teaching, including posture correction, are top-notch. I even completed a 21-day Ashtanga Vinyasa course with him, which was a life-changing experience. Although it was intense at first, my body responded well and I adapted quickly. Thanks a lot Prashant Sir!

The 21 day Ashtanga Vinyasa immersion programme was a wonderful experience for me ! Prashant Ji was explaining every asana so detailed and so profoundly , that I didn't find anywhere else. He was attentive to every one .I liked pranayama classes very much , they helped me to be concentrated and mean time relaxed .This class was not only about asanas , it was about yoga history and philosophy. Finally after all these years I am experiencing bliss through Yoga Vidya school. Hats of to Anuj ji for his teaching techniques scientifically because I am also a teacher. After each session I feel refreshed when I go to school everyday. I have tried many other classes over the previous years but all those were not draining out my energy. I am getting more disciplined in terms of food and sleep. Frankly speaking I feel guilty for the whole day if I am unable to attend any class due to sickness or travel.
