Hello! I had the most amazing experience with my yoga instructor Nitin Sir! Its his professionalism and years of experience really shone through in every session, his deep knowledge about yoga and ability to explain postures, anatomy, and variations made it easy for me as a beginner level student to grasp the concepts. I learned so many different yoga poses and felt supported throughout my journey. I always receive guidance and inspiration to work towards my body flexibility and my goal. RPY is an excellent place to learn yoga . I always wanted me to make physically and mentally healthy and I could achieve my goal because of RPY. All the teachers of rpy specially Barun sir and Nitin sir are very good humble and supportive .Nitin sir always try to push ourselves to get our best and try to correct the posture and it made me more flexible and strong. They have so much knowledge and always ready to share with us. They always keep us motivated. I highly recommend this place for learning yoga and keep ourself fit and healthy.

Rhythmic power yoga is very good, classes are good and comfortable and ruchi ma'am is the beat instructor, she teaches everything patiently and she's very friendly, timings are also suitable, loving it till now
