Abhishek Raman Sir is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person (which I feel is important when you're listening to someone talk at you for an hour or more). His directions are clear and precise so you're not looking up to check you're doing the right thing, and he is very observant, constantly checking you're positioning. His classes are truly for all levels

I had joined yoga class 3 months back .I have experienced very positive changes. My body n mind became much flexible n clam. Our sir is very dedicated to his work. The atmosphere of class is also very pleasant ant positive. I see almost every age groups use come here. My experience is very good.
