The venue has many negatives starting with the entrance that has a very small pool which can accommodate max 10 to 15 people to swim at leisure,the reception is manned by juniors who are clueless about what the sales person has sold. The food is below average in taste and quality and limitations. The housekeeping staff and the maintenance staff needs to be reminded about cleaning in many rooms that were booked by us the hot water was not functioning despite repeated requests and no action was initiated. We were served with stale desert and when we questioned an alternative was provided. The rooms provided were small despite knowing the requirements. The rooms are spacious however without any good view,the website shows a very different picture. A strict miss for anyone who is traveling with families or with female colleagues or friends. Best only for boys... The only good team was the one Manning the restaurant. A big mistake to come here.

I stayed 3 nights in that hotel ,clean rooms food is good. A staff named Suresh came with his manager and helped me. The manager is so sweet and soft spoken. Although good experience.

First and foremost, the location of the hotel is simply fantastic. Situated close to the beach in Goa, we had easy access to the stunning shoreline and could enjoy the beautiful ocean views at any time. The convenience of being just a stone's throw away from the beach made our stay even more enjoyable. Rooms were also very spacious and hospitality was one the best I've experienced till date

Room are clean . Food is good ,one of the staff named Suresh helped me a lot about the places to visit near by. One of the service staff wearing chef coat is very bad ,her behaviour towards me and my staff is very bed.

Stayed for 4 nights for my wife's birthday and the experience was outstanding. The room size is perfect and there's more than required space for a comfortable stay. All in all an amazing experience with Resort De Alturas with their amazingly trained staff.

No doubt the resort is good and it's located at the best location that is at candolim, where top grade hotel industry like taj, holiday inn, Radisson are located ,the rooms are bigger and cleaned,but but at Reception when u reached at first time there is no generosity to greet you ,infact in many hotels they greet you especially at first time ,when ur tired with your long travel hours,Mr Joe who handed over us key and start explaining there Donts of there hotel,I think all the Dos and Don'ts you should keep the printout at rooms, Everyone is that much educated that they read at there table in rooms,,,,,you people are charging 5 to 6k per room,so obviously u need to treat a gentry and it's not about the money,it's a way to treat your guest,I think Alturas needs to work on goa staff, Because they already have attitude ,it's goa , everyone comes.... especial training needs to given hotel Managers
