Reliance Fresh - Grocery store in Yamuna Nagar, Jagadhri - Yamunanagar, India

This is known as smart point now. Here you can get groceries, chips, chocolates, cold drink, soap, daiper and cleaning products etc. Some good quality of fruits and vegetables are also sold here. There is space outside for parking. There is a ATM outside store. Before it has has four or five service counters, but now it has two or three. Now it has not that kind of rush like it has before may be one reason is that they opened more outlets or mall or store in city. Some medical store type something opened here. All daily use of household things you can get from here. Overall experience is good. You can pay through cash, upi and card. Since easyday closed its the only store giving good discounts. Quantity of products is also reduced now.

The evening staff is very lazy and billing counters are empty most of the time Price tags on the aisle are also not updated on time Other smart points in the city are better than this one

I just wanna rate 0 star but there is no option for that because Worst staff workers, there's are not complete staff I waited for 20 minutes for my billing for just one chocolate and lady present there not even noticed me when I called her she just glared and ignored me even though there are not too many people present there just 1 and 2 I just wanna say that there are 5 counters and nobody was present there and I was getting late I just drop my things there and went away!

Though the place is conveniently placed where most of the citizens of twincity can/may have access to it. There are some short falls: 1. Parking Space is not managed properly for easy access of the visitors to park their four/two wheelers. 2. Entrance is rather hindered by the blocked gates/empty trollies placed outside where you will need to have them jump over the stairs to get it inside the stores to start shopping. I wonder how many of the senior citizens visits this store and find it rather inconvenient to request the store staff to get them a trolley inside? What does the store expect us? 3. Staff is rather arrogant and high-headed, especially the evening group which bills around 7-8 pm; They won't even help you bag your items. Will hand you over one smaller bag for items worth 2 bags; even when you had asked to bill a bag for easy carrying them off the stores, but who cares how you will manage your purcahsings. I guess they want you to shop less from this place. Upon asking they will ask you very arrogaintly to go and put this stuff in bag you purchased, in front of the guard. I would like to know to how many customers do you ask to do this kind of act? Disrespectful. 4. The store was not stocked properly when I visited them last. Even a basic item like tomato ketchup was missing from the shelves. If you are closing down a place; let people know in advance so that they can visit a better stocked store rather then staring empty shelves in a half - way - managed store.

I visited smart point 10 minutes back.I am really surprised staff is not ready to help. There are so many saff guys totally free and moving here are there but they are not cooperating at all

It's not like the other supermarkets present in the town. Only a few essentials are available. Even MTR products are not there in bulk. Good for those who want simple things like chocolates or eatables, not for the ones who are looking for brands. The guys working here are good and polite (2stars for them only).

A big and a good place for buying groceries and other households. The quality of goods is up to the mark. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and clean. Most of the time store is crowded with customers. Big discount is offered sometimes. One could have a great experience for shopping here.
