I started doing yoga with Priyanka mam during my pregnancy. She is very polite and humble person. I enjoyed doing yoga so much that i have continued it after my delivery also.
its a stop for everyone. Be it a youngster , adult or an old age person. There is personalised attention on every student. The yoga teachers and friendly and are open for adjustments. Definitely suggest this place if you are looking a good yoga tutor in town.

Very nice place. Full yoga vibes. Both the Instructors are very good in yoga. Vikas ji helped me alot to maintain my body weight and concentration. I really recommend all to atleast to do yoga here you can try demo classes than you automatically love the place and vikas ji..

I joined these classes for 3 months and overall it was a great experience. The Best part is the weekly meditation class. Mentors are really nice and they have ample knowledge in this field. I could see improvement in my health (both physical and mental). Thankyou so much vikas sir and priyanka mam for your efforts.
