Ratkal's Rescue Urology Hospital is located in Kengeri Satellite Town, diagonally opposite Kalikamba temple. Dr Chandrashekar S Ratkal, the founder of this hospital, is one of the renowned urologists in Bangalore. It's a 20-bed hospital with nursing care round the clock. They have a pharmacy, too.

Careless service by Dr. Chandrashekhar Ratkal, no sense of timing or empathy shown towards patience. At every stage of the healthcare process his only intention is to send a person for more tests and ensure he/her gets admitted in the same hospital. He chooses to misguide a patient and practising only for the sake of money while letting go of all ethics a doctor is taught to have.

I am a patient from Andhra Pradesh. I had been suffering from heavy stone on kidney problem. This hospital treatment is very good and cure my problem. In the hospital Dr ratkal sir is treats patients like their children. Dr Vishal sir is treats patients like their brother. Total staff of the hospital service is good.

BEST HOSPITAL - From admission to discharge the experience is superb. All the hospital staff (Receptionists, Nurses, Brothers, Housekeeping, Pharmacists) are very professional and energetic. The accommodation is clean, hygienic and comfortable. The hospital is located in a green area in Kengeri. All the Duty Doctors are very professional and caring. Doctors, brothers, sisters all come for rounds round-the-clock to check the patients and provide expert medical care. Dr. Ratkal and team give the best treatment to patients - No words are enough to describe the homely treatment and patient care. My family is very happy, thank you!

This review is not about Dr. Ratkal or Dr. Vishal. Both of them are very good and care about patients. The poor rating is for the Nephrologist (Kidney Doctor) Dr.prasad Dr.prasad is a person with a worst mind and big attitude he is not a doctor at all He expects his patients to shut up and follow his advice as an order he won't listen to patient & every time he press with both the kidney side & ask the patient its paining or not nothing else he will do & the main thing whenever we visit first thing he will suggest us to do these report do that report he had a great anger if we ask something for a problem he may suggest that we go and find another one He doesn't like the patient inquiring about anything and nor has the patient recovered even after months of treatment under him. He is not approachable and his pompous attitude makes it difficult. Since we were going to Dr. Ratkal and it was easier for us to visit Nephrologist at the same hospital, we decided to go with him. If you have any choice of another Nephrologist, please do avoid Dr. Prasad Once again I request every patient do not visit to PRASAD because he is not a doctor

Very expensive and they are having standard practice of prescribing set of in house testing and their network of scanning Center... Very expensive hospital... Not at all advisable for middle class people. DR. Must be keen about patient's health not about their profession.. First doctor will ask about patient profession and write the same in prescription for their future reference. This is not a good practice...minimum patient should have to spend 5 to7k Inr.

Dr C S Ratkal is a very highly knowledgeable and in Kidney related diseases. I had diagnosed with Kidney stones, Dr Ratkal sir treated me and the surgery was done with utmost care. Highly recommend him.

Dr Ratkal is good, the waiting period must reduce.. Even though appointment is been provide they serve based on first come first serve.. What's the use of getting appointment.. They can introduce token system instead.. They need to respect patients time.. Management should think about it..
