Dr.Rajeev Premnath is an amazing doctor, he is the best hernia surgeon i have ever seen. His approach towards patients is very kind and extremely soft spoken. The hospital is neat and clean. The accounts office of the hospital is very bad but the doctor is fabulous.

I underwent a surgery for Hernia and spent the night of 15th Nov at the hospital. The main reception on the driveway next to the security gate and the central reception accessed by walking up a ramp truly indicate the age of the hospital and can be disheartening. But the impression will change once you interact with the personnel as they are all professional, efficient and, at the same time, pleasant and smiling. This holds for the admin, nursing and cleaning staff. Dr Rajeev combines all these qualities with empathy and explains the cause, the procedure, advantages and possible risks. All in all, a very pleasant experience. If I have to pick one person for excellence (maybe I had more interaction with her) I would name Ms. Sudha of Central Reception.

Got well women health check up done. All tests were done smoothly and consultation was also done the same day. The nurse who took the blood for test was very skilled, hardly felt the prick. All the staff were friendly and professional.

The best person I met in Ramakrishna Hospital is the HR , her name was Archana. She was so bc with her work but she was helping the patients whenever they ask. She was so polite and respectful. I came with my friend for an interview that day. She was managing us also and the patients who were waiting for Doctor in OPD.

We have been customers of this hospital for the last 10 years. However, of late we are very unhappy with the overall experience. There has been several occasions when doctors did not meet the appointment schedule and we ended up waiting for long duration (45 min - 1 hour+). Note: they charge very premium rates for consultation and hence poor service for these high prices is absolutely not justified. No doubt, OPD doctors are good and treatment so has been quite effective. But doctors also need to respect customers' (patients') time too. The least what we expect is letting us know about any delays and hospitals should schedule appointments which is more likely to be respected.

I have been visiting Ramakrishna Hospital for 15 years now, and my experience has always been excellent. Today I had a easy and quick flow of tests with reports without too much of waiting. Ms. Suma was a great escort throughout the day, guiding and informing us about the procedures very well. Thanks to her, I was sure of my next move without confusions.
