Terrific experience . Other reviews given by other people are true in line by line. Apart from those I share my another heart breaking experience. My father went through a fatal accident , had very serious brain injury and got brain operation in sskm . For this I didn't go for a single moment in the room and didn't take any single meal in whole month, land lady and his husband were aware of all the facts but took total charge of bed and food of that month from me, didn't give me a one rupee discount! After staying there about 1 year and paying each month's money on time , at the last month this was their behaviour! Yes this is their behaviour in case of money! If that was just a vacation then I wouldn't complain about charging the fees but it was a critical situation and they are like " glaa ttipe ttaakaa niy'e neb"! So Be aware!

1.Rooms are so tiny, no space for personal belongings. 2. No electric equipment is allowed in this amount of money. Also no arrangement for hot water to drink or to bath during winters 3. Moreover the behaviour of landlady is so bad. Pretends to be sweet at first but if something bothers her later she will behave very harshly. Openly insults others and use very degradatory language towards you and your family. Very money minded and cheap personality. 4. No privacy is there. 5. After 10:30pm acess to kitchen will be closed. So you plan to study late then you can't even make something to eat.

Pretends to be sweet at first meeting but Switches from her words every day. Put restrictions on using gas ovens and other benefits that she promises during first entry of the hosteller. 4. Food quality and quantity both are getting poor day by day. 5. So much chaos in this pg everytime. Bad for students and working women also.

The landlady is very bad. At first she would behave nice and polite, she would tell you fake stories. Quantity of food is very less. Room space is very less. Even not enough room to walk properly. She makes a lot of bad decisions which create problems for us but if anyone points those out then she threatens to kick them out.

If u wanna stay in uluberia for job purpose or you are a student, kindly go for an another room rent elsewhere. Here a tiny room is alloted to 2 to 4 hostellers (5k/person). No table, chair or anything is given for keeping things. Food quality is not good even the quantity is not enough for one person. Interferes in every activity of the hosteller. Changes rules as per her desire. Electric appliances are also prohibited. Restrictions have been put on using gas ovens. More over so much chaos will make your life hell there. Doesn't provide food and staying of hostellers having duty during puja. She will tell you for making another arrangements for your staying for those 4 days.

The behaviour of landlord was very bad . When I was sufferring from heath issue I requested to give me chapati in lunch but she said she never do it for one girl, I was shocked to see her behaviour like this . She was not like this when I was gone for getting pg in their hostel. She talks very politely at that time . But after spending one month in pg she changed her behaviour suddenly. Quality of food was also very bad from time to time.

Great place to stay without burning a hole in the pocket.Safe and secure surroundings with a homely ambience.
