Rainbow's experience with us was amazing. I was referred by Dr. Gaana Srinivas, she has amazing expertise and her nature is very helpful in delivering a healthy baby naturally. We have started our journey in the month of Jan'23 and my wife has given birth to a child in the month of Aug'23. The way Dr. Gaana handled this case and conducted a normal delivery is a miracle for us. I would like to say a big thank you to Dr. Gaana and the entire staff of Rainbow Hospital. I would also like to mention that we have received amazing/unexpected support and cooperation from LDR staff Ms. Sura and Ms. Sharda, they have been with us in all situations (ups and downs). overall the hospital experience was excellent, supportive and helpful, starting from housekeeping, nursing and the cafeteria. Pedestrian have given the best care to the Baby. It was a good experience with them. Once again, Kudos and special thanks to all. Overall, I am fully satisfied with the Hospital and Facility and would recommend my friends and family.

Horrible experience at this hospital as an inpatient, avoid at all costs. I have been a regular at Rainbow for several years, but only as on out patient for my daughter. But then we admitted her for dengue treatment on Oct 16 2023, and my detailed review is below: Rooms: They charge a bomb for the private room but the room is old and crumbling. The bathroom was damp and moldy - no ventilation at all (I saw an exhaust vent but didn't work). Check attached photos. The TV is old and outdated, hardly any channels. The plug points don't work with 2 pin Indian plugs - you have to insert a pen into the it and make it work which was a massive pain. The sofa(and bed for attendant) was old and breaking apart - the faux leather was peeling off badly. Wall paint scratched in many places. Medical Staff: Doctors are good, which is why we decided to admit my daughter here. But most nurses are amateurs/trainees. Apart from one or two main nurses on duty during every shift, the others are clueless. The equipment sometimes doesn't work - happened twice, once with the BP machines and then multiple times with the thermometer which should be the easiest thing to operate? Not sure if the equipment was faulty or the nurses did not know how to use them properly. Thank God we did not need anything more complex during the stay! Billing/Other non medical stuff: Billing team is the absolute worst. Discharge processes started around 10 am in the morning and we finally left the hospital at 7pm(after paying on our own). Firstly, they had lost the pre authorisation insurance forms which were shared with them one day prior (they filled a new one themselves next day which I found out much later during heated conversations with the billing staff). Secondly, the final bills were stuck somewhere within the hospital and never reached the insurance desk until 1 pm (they later explained that the person who was supposed to take the docs from one dept to another might have missed it). They were completely unhelpful (kept saying the forms didn't come so we cannot do anything, not our fault, someone else screwed up).Then kept saying that we will update you/call you but I had to keep following up the whole day, not one single call or update from them. Relationship manager apologised but all other staff members were completely defiant and somewhat rude - never heard one work of apology from anyone during the whole 10 hour ordeal. Insurance company kept saying that we are sticking to our timelines but the delays mostly happened because of the hospital staff missing things. Absolutely no empathy shown by anyone at the hospital and nobody took ownership of the mistakes. Interesting sequence of events with the lady in billing(she is pathetic): 12.30pm, I followup with billing department - they say we have just now received the file. Its not our fault. I ask how to speed this up, and they say followup with your insurance. I call the insurance but they ask for claim number. I again go back to the lady and she says we havent even filed it yet so there is no claim number!! She asks me to come back after 15 mins to get the claim number once she files it. I go back after 30 mins just to be sure, and she says that did not ask me to come back, just talk to insurance! I remind her that you told me to come back, and she is like no you just talk to your insurance. And then the guy next to her gives me the claim number to me calmly. WTH is going on in this hospital? Finally at 7pm they allowed me to pay the bill and leave, and said that they would reimburse later when insurance claim comes through. We paid and left. Good riddance! Fun fact: Met another disgruntled parent of another patient around 6.30 pm with the billing manager, in a similar situation. His claim had been approved at 2pm and he was still waiting there since they kept saying that its not approved. (I can't confirm who was in the wrong here, but just validates the kind of processes these guys have).

Experience with Rainbow was great with us. I was referred by Dr. Shailaja she has expertise and nature is very supportive to deliver a healthy baby. Entire staff and hospitality was excellent, supportive and helpful, starting from housekeeping, nursing and the cafeteria. Baby is given very good care by the pediatrics department of the hospital head by Dr.Shridhar. It was a good experience with the management. Post-delivery preparation and guidance were given by the Doctor and staff. The nursing staff helped us a lot in feeding external milk sources since she was on bed rest because of C-section and lactation expert gave frequent visit and helped baby latch and ensure baby feeds mothers milk. Kudos and special thanks to Customer Support manager - Dipika, nursing team head by Anu, lactation experts, physiotherapist and dietitian. Overall, I am happy with the Hospital and Facility and would recommend my friends and family.

Dr. Apoorva is very friendly, listens and answers to all our queries. She is the most excellent gynecologist we have ever known or met so far. Not to forget, the staff are also equally co-operative & friendly. If you're planning for baby or facing any fertility related issues this is the best place to drop by.

Don't go by words from Ankita and Ananda... Only lucrative offers. See my car decoration in the pic, they said balloons are out of stock and nobody to escalate since it was Sunday, spoiled the whole experience. Baby shower, i think their policy is to do only after the baby is delivered, my wife already completed 9 months pregnancy and delivered the baby. Due date around July 1st week. So far nothing was communicated about the baby shower program.. . Too many confusions, management is freaking money minded and their front office is pathetic. I don't recommend this place to anyone. This is more like a corporate office. They even charge high parking charges even when we want to visit for a checkup. One more tip, do not get admitted if your discharge falls on Sunday, nobody will be there to help you.

My experience with Rainbow hospital has been brilliant. Overall service was excellent. Best specialists available who provides proper advise as per the patient's requirements. Exceptional care and support during my childbirth journey! The hospital staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel at ease throughout the process. The medical team was highly skilled, and their professionalism combined with their warm and friendly approach truly set them apart. Grateful for the safe and comfortable environment they provided for me and my baby's arrival. Choosing this hospital for my delivery was the best decision I made. The labor and delivery team exhibited a perfect blend of expertise and compassion, making me feel confident and cared for. I can't thank the hospital enough for their dedication to making my birthing experience so positive and memorable. I would like to thank Dr Aparnaa Panda who helped me through out the process and always encouraged me to go for normal delivery. Her expertise in this field is exceptional. Also I would like to mention the management and accounting team who made the billing process easy and had our best interest in mind. Even the food served was delicious
