Room was good with modern interior work. All the basic amenities were available. Staff was very helpful and service was good too. But the toilet was not to the expectation. Modern interior with Jaguar fitting was a good experience but the water sewage was the biggest problem which turned down the mood in the morning while taking the shower.
I had good experience at Hotel City heart residency. It is located in sector 22b near Mobile market. Rooms are very neat and clean. Staff is very polite and friendly. Also provide for good food. Price is very genuine and they accept cash and card
Best Hotel so far..... Me along with our Chinese counterparts reached Chandigarh from China and landed up in this hotel. Well trained staff, perfect location, perfect food. One suggestion there must be more items in Breakfast buffet... Lovely experience.
I have stayed many times here in this hotel and I really felt comfortable here. Staff is very cooperative. Specifically the manager is always ready to help you. I will recommend you to stay here and if possible book it through goibibo, you may get some discounts by doing this. Happy journey guys.
I know very few places where you can carry your own bottle, this is one of them. Snacks are genuinely priced. The thing which I did not like is that there were CATS running around the place, and when the customer leaves the table, Cats starts eating out from the plates and I did not like this at all. We sat at the rooftop. They can improve the Music system as well. They run a projector based TV channel which shows more ads than songs, A Laptop connected to youtube/ downloaded songs can do the job better.
We decided to stay near to sec 17 avoid the crowds and save times and found this place where you are near to everything & our sole purpose was solved. Hotel City Heart a beautiful hotel with spacious guest rooms and professional, attentive staff. Breakfast offers you everything from Western Continental to Indian fare. I would recommend venturing outside the hotel for dinner if you are staying more than 2 nights as the food could get repetitive. There are some great options near by as you will be staying at the heart of the city. whether you are with family or with friends ,if you are looking for a perfect ,convenient and getaway, then this Hotel is perfect for you. and you wont forget to share your review /feedback too :) as Ms.Meera (PR officer)will personally and proactively attend you at next morning breakfast table and take your advice,if any for more improvement of quality service! Room is exhorbitantly priced...store room is converted into so called Deluxe room.... amenities is not up to the mark. Was served a food bill I never ordered. Just for being on the place of easy accessibility ...high price is not justified.
