I was new to Yoga and was quite lazy to get involved in any kind of workout but I'm so glad I found Praptiyog. It has changed my outlook towards my body. I have a motivation everyday to get up and make my body feel good. Thankyou Sir for making me do all those asanas so smoothly which seemed so tough and making me like Yoga so much! I have never been regular to any previously joined gym/aerobics etc but since I joined praptiyog, i really look up to attend the 1 hour session daily. Anil sir who teaches us yoga aasans is the best yoga enthusiast i have ever seen. He teaches us the useful asans and even ensure that we are doing it correctly by keeping eye on each of us. At the end of the session, he provides us different type of leaves like neem, imli, sheesham etc useful for our health. Also, he keeps sharing useful habits and keeps entertaining us to make the session lively. :-) Highly recommended 5
It has been an amazing experience having yoga classes here. All the asanas are being practiced to the perfection taking care of the postures & positions by Sir. He is a highly motivational persona which allows a student to reach the goals.
Anil sir is the best teacher!!! I thought yoga is for the one who are aged and not for me , so I was into gymming. But it's been 2 months that I joined trust me guys I could see so many changes in my body in terms of flexibility also I had severe cervical but I could overcome all my problems . Just give a try knew and you won't regret!!!
