The most amazing part of the day is visiting this center which is located in a peaceful area surrounded by a garden and a small temple which creates a great ambiance in the yoga center. Instructors are amazing..I have personally benefited from its services,will recommend people to try this center to get the benefits.

After joining this yoga I feel my body has become more flexible. Thanks to our yoga madam. Now I feel lighter and I could do halasana and many asanas with ease. I appreciate the way madam takes the whole class along and gently motivates each one of us.

I have been doing yoga here since 2 years and so do lot of members of my family..This place is good for both young people and old people.The trainers here ensures that exercises are done in a right manner...Proper warmup are done before asanas...Place is very pleasant...Highly recommended.
