The place is nice and clean! The instructors are very soft spoken and know their stuff. I have gotten relief from my insomnia after joining yoga classes here. I am more confident and my concentration has increased soo much after joining the classes. I am more flexible now and I am happier now Before I was moody and frisky now I am calm and composed thoughts come to me much easily. I have seen results academically, physically and mentally and positive changes in myself. My migrane has calmed down and my head doesn't throb with pain now, if it happens it is much lower in intensity. I am able to learn more easily and I am more content with myself and my anxiety issues have calmed down now.

yoga and meditation is best therapy for all the problems.. my own experience has been so good.. I have joined some time ago, I have a lot of physical and mental problems due to which I don't feel like doing anything. I just felt like lying in one place, I didn't feel like talking to anyone, I didn't feel like meeting anyone.. I was suffering from arthritis for the past 2 years. I tried a lot of medicines but it didn't make much difference to me. And I used to feel more and more frustrated and I felt like I couldn't do anything right now, but ever since I joined Amrit Dynamic Yoga Meditation Center, I have seen a lot of improvement.And I also suffered from menstrual cycle, I used to notice so much pain during menstruation that I had to take painkiller. In these twenty days by practicing yoga under the guidance of Vyasmuni sir my level of stress has gone down. Yoga has Improved my sleep. Problem of acidity, indigestion and headache has gone. I have lost around 4.5 kg weight in just twenty days by practicing yoga and following diet chart given by Vyasmuni sir. I have started feeling more fit, flexible and confident. I really want to thank the efforts and assistance of our instructor Mr.Vyas Muni sir throughout the training, He is very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga. I have learnt a lot about advanced yoga poses, alignment, how to enter into a pose using various techniques.I would highly recommend each and everyone to join Amrit meditation yoga classes atleast for a month to see the good and positive changes in the body and mind. I have seen the changes within 15 days from the date of joining physically as well as Mentally.

AMRIT YOGA MEDITATION: 1. Completed one month & half 2. I am overweight (Obesity), I could reduce almost 03 kg in this period 3. Feeling better and energetic after the yoga season. Earlier I used to be very clumsy and tired always. 4. I too have asthma and hypertension. I had joined yoga class 3 months back .I have experienced very positive changes. My body n mind became much flexible n clam. Our sir is very dedicated to his work. The atmosphere of class is also very pleasant ant positive. I see almost every age groups use come here. My experience is very good. I think it is the best yoga n meditation class in Nagpur....

From last 4-5 months, Here i am doing Yoga and meditation. Its very nice and beautiful experience. I feel very energetic through out the day and also I loose weight as well as inches. I have allergic problem but yoga karne se last kuch months wo bhi thik hai and I found glow on my face from yoga. Because of meditation I feel very relax and calm whole day and jab sir meditation karwate hai to mind ekdum stress-free and relax ho Jata hai. Overall my experience at Amrit yoga and meditation center was very good . Sir ka Jo Tarika hai yoga+ exercise + pranayam+ meditation, it's cover whole body workout.
