The most amazing part of the day is visiting this center which is located in a peaceful area surrounded by a garden and a small temple which creates a great ambiance in the yoga center. Instructors are amazing..I have personally benefited from its services,will recommend people to try this center to get the benefits.
After joining this yoga I feel my body has become more flexible. Thanks to our yoga madam. Now I feel lighter and I could do halasana and many asanas with ease. I appreciate the way madam takes the whole class along and gently motivates each one of us.
