Worst hospital doctor very rude speaking very worst treatment and nurse staffs all or very worst not speak properly patients not giving proper treatment recently i admit my daughter he did surgery but not yet cure clearly not done properly again I did surgery in portis hospital now my daughter in good condition don't go any one in ths hospital tq

I had a good experience with Dr Rashmi she cleared all the doubts and the consultation is worth for money with popular hospital. I visited this hospital twice and I felt I was heard.

I have been visiting Popular Hospital since its inception in 1990 and have never had any bad experiences, in fact it is not only difficult but impossible to find such an experienced and skilled Doctor like Dr.Murali Lingam in this day and age where Medical Care has become totally Comercialised by the Corporate Hospitals. The Staff here is also very helpful and cordial, Patients may have to wait as per their Token as tehy Doctor has lots of Patients visiting for treatment. And further if genuine emergency Patients come then they are attended to immediately, Further waiting for your turn with Good doctors is common in all the Hospitals, if people need expert care and treatment they have to wait, there is no point in complaining or holding grudges.

My mother came into the hospital with severe stomach pain earlier today and was told to wait in the reception area after being registered. After waiting for 2 hours, another patient who had walked in was allowed to consult with doctors immediately and was let through by the receptionist. Upon being asked as to why this patient was prioritised over my mother, the receptionist, Asha, blatantly told my mother that they were let through because they were a friend of hers, with absolutely no shame. This behaviour is unacceptable. My mother waited for 2 agonising hours only to be told that a prerequisite for receiving timely care was apparently to be one of Asha's friends. The doctors at this facility have always been helpful and reliable, but this reputation is marred by the attitudes of it reception staff. Deeply disappointed.

Dr.Murali Requesting you to change the Receptionist ... She don't even have the manners to speak to the patient.. She shouts on the when we ask her anything and start scolding in Tamil . This lady needs treatment and she has to learn some ethics how to treat patients when they visit hospital

Worst ever seen receptionist. Please throw that both the receptionist from that Hospital not wel mannered uneducated receptionist. Don't know how to speak with people or patient . Really not at all good at anything.

Guys u have come here to meet doctor not the receptionist, if u properly follow the hospital rules why will she yell at as, as far as now I don't think so she's rude, she's doing her duty. Each nd every patient has different problems so they cannot decide the time slot, I think Dr. Murali lingam sir is the best. That one star not given is it takes so long to visit the doctor tats it.
