Use less doctor is there in this hospital with out properly checking given treatment Dr shailaja we went for baby vacation she didn't check which month vacation has to been provide or baby growth nothing just given vacation. After that one patient has visited she has treated like any think with proper manner don't visit this hospital we have already 6month vacation and she provided same vacation again please take action provide good services

Worst experience!!!! I am writing to share my recent experience at the hospital, and I feel compelled to express my concerns and disappointment with the quality of care and service I received during my visit. On 29th September I sought medical attention at the hospital for a fever for my wife and the need for a throat injection. However our experience from the moment we arrived was less than satisfactory. I would like to highlight several issues that I encountered: Unprofessional Staff: I found that some of the hospital staff members were unprofessional handling patients. Admission Pressure: I was surprised to be pressurized into admission for what I believed to be a relatively minor issue. The doctor and receptionist forced and scared us about that throat injections are a serious problem and my wife needs to get deep cleaning as soon as possible. If not we will face serious issues, hospital member were recommend like a star class hotel tariff for the bed space to get admitted. Inadequate Treatment: Despite the substantial amount spent on my treatment for 7 days, I still experienced significant discomfort and pain in my throat post-treatment. This has left me dissatisfied with the care provided and the outcomes of hospital visits. My intent in sharing these concerns is to help you address these issues so that future patients do not have to go through a similar experience.

Had the worst hospital experience ever! Went for my mother's I V infusion...the staff behaved ruthlessly..Sr.Sheeba and her male staff(24y old probably, a trainer) he was they were very unprofessional when he inserted the Canula on my mother's hand. No doctor was available on duty! It was around 8pm when we went....And her hand kept bleeding for quite a while than normal, after the Canula was inserted... nobody attended, zero hospitality and no concern towards the patients. They are only after money and no concern or affection towards the patients. Very harsh behaviour of speech with the patients too...Though we went for a minor procedure it really is very worrisome how they must be handling major procedures with such undisciplined, unprofessional, ruthless staff. Would never recommend anyone to go to this hospital ever! Bad bad bad, I'd rather say HORRIBLE!

Had my Co brother's hernia operation done during first week of May 23. Very meticulously and professionally done by the doctors with a good follow-up and early recovery! Caring Nurses and Staff! The admin staff are always cordial, considerate and helpful in terms of documentation needed for insurance! Keep doing well!

Very poor service. I had a phone call before I went to see dr. And requested I needed it urgently as I was in pain. They said dr. Is free and I headed to the hospital where I was made to wait 45mins even though there was no patient. The nurse contacted the dr. She said shes on her rounds and will be available soon which never happened. The hospital did not even have hot water for drinking purpose ! A waste of time , I just left the clinic informing the nurse.

My husband underwent Minor Procedure treated by Dr. Karthik, General Surgeon of Poornima Hospital. I appreciate his scope of excellence in treating the patient very effectively with good hospitality and good care .We are very much satisfied with his treatment and his excellence in general surgery

I Underwent a prostate surgery and the experience was nothing less than Amazing. The staff is super friendly and caring ensuring you are in safe hands. Everyone including the Dr, Nurses, Hospital staff & Support Staff were ensuring that we are very comfortable. Have to specially call out Nurses who ensured i am at comfort level and checking every now and then if we need anything. Also the cleaning staff was extra caring and helping understanding the needs of the patient and making them feel comfortable in every way. Everyone equally across levels were maintaining the same level of service mindset providing the patient a very seamless experience overall. Keep it up. Highly recommend this Hospital and the Doctors.
