Worst experience, even after having conversation on the recorded line, policy bazaar do not keep their promises. Promised to refund the amount within one week in case of cancellation it's been almost 3 weeks not yet received the refund. I do not recommend to anybody to take any kind of policy from here. They are not keeping their promises when you are alive then what their RM will do when you are dead ? As they show in their ads that they will take care of it. So guys think about it and do not get into their trap.

If you will search for anything they will start spamming you through mails and calls. If at all you will agree to buy something, post purchase there will be no followup if you face problem. I purchased term insurance from them. It was not an easy task. Now there is some issue with premium. I called them and they said someone will call me back in 30 mins. No one called and next day I received a mail that your problem has been resolved!! Giving 3 stars for providing comparison platform.

Worse people and don't know anything about their policies . Costed me 70,000 INR to cancel a health insurance , where as it was their fault and they didn't give me full information and scammed me so I buy the policy ! I would suggest everyone to really go directly to the insurance companies and buy from their agents after getting a full understanding of the product . PB staff are worthless ! Never buy any health insurance from these fake Policybazaar people. These guys will push you to port your existing policy on their recommended company and there you will be trapped in their game. You'll never get claim.

Currently work in policy bazaar service team.. I heard that there is a lot of work pressure in sales but I work in service. Some things are good some things are very bad like you can't use phones like a school, breaks issue ... Colleagues are good

Horrible place to work in. Zero work life balance. Big torture for family life. Worst salary package compared to the amount of work they ask the employee to do. No fix timings of work. They said it is work from home while interview and later force the employee to come to office daily. One needs to beg for leaves. Bosses keeps on calling right away early morning to late nights.

My money is stuck in policy bazaar I m freelance agent in policy bazaar you people have no customer care number for. Employes your maneger who appointed me he is talking with bad word and asking for money and my money approx 38 thousand rupees is stuck in your company and when I call that maneger who give me I'd then he is asking for money to short this problem you people are froud and making us fool we are here that's why this company is in market I want my money lusti people are working there they don't know who to talk and behave with a female I want my money back otherwise I'll go for the legal help as soon as possible or give me a number who can short my problem

After a 10 days of followups, after doing all the payments in advance. Lastly an employee from policy bajar cancelling my policy because they are not able to solve thier own technical glitch. This is how this company works and going down in market. Donot install their application ever, it's a trap. Wish to give zero rating but no option here for that.
