"Total fraud" I told them their agent frauded my 80 yr old grandmother for 200000Lakhs they say its non of their business now.the worst part is that they are not even enquiring into the matter they just need more money. More and more of their agents are visiting us convincing us to give more money. The worst part is that the phone number on the policy was not ours. This means that they were operating without our concern. They just want your money. Nothing else .

They did policy of my 65 years old father. They refused to cancel their policy and make us to wait for 5 years. After 5 years they returned our 7 lakhs but didn't gave any interest. They misguided my parents to their money for 5 years.

They are fraud. We have buy a policy on the name of my father 3 year ago and all the 3 years premiums has been paid. But suddenly my father was expired 6 month ago and then we have claim for his policy at that time but now after 6 month PNB metlife said your policy is rejected and terminated. we have said kindly revert atleast our paid amount of last three year that is around 1.80 lakhs but they said in his mail amount will not refunded. They are totally fraud very very poor service.. Please don't buy this policy its my humble request to all of you.

Fraud company. They make false commitments to sell their policies. If there was an option of zero star, I would have given zero star.

Worst office. PNB Met life is Worst office . Agents in Market are give wrong information while doing policy they make good relationship while giving service time not give proper information and not picking calls .

Fraud company ever seen..people stay safe from them. Fraud are done under Punjab national bank. Faluse policy sold by agent..if you face same problem plz go through your documents...in which you find financial ombudsman you can complain against of your fruad done by them..

Don't trust them at all. All your money will be wasted. I don't understand why anyone would rate them 5 stars. This company is a fraud. We lost 35k rupees. Earlier they said money will be given after policy's period is over. Now they say policy has been closed and nothing can be done.

I have very bad experience of pnb MetLife office sector 17 chandigarh.I visited PNB MetLife office on 17.01.2023 to collect the installment paid receipts.The staff was non cooperative and ignorant of office work.
