The amount was not same at the time of check in, actual amount was approx 500 but i paid 700... I paid 200 rupes extra to hotel and it was my first and Last booking with the OYO hotels.

The hotel owner behaved very rudely and I didn't get the room. He forced me to climb 4 floors for the room and I had to wait for 2 hours. In the end I left this hotel and booked a new one. Oyo also didn't refunded any amount. This is a loot by both Oyo and the hotel rajesh palace owner. Never ever visit this hote again, you will regret a lot. Very worst recipient and the oyo staff there.

I will not recommend this place for anyone staff is the worst even the manager. They provided a place with broken beds and sofas I had to leave that place immediately after looking at the condition in the middle of night. The manager says to OYO that place is a perfect fit to stay so OYO refunds only 20%.I strongly suggest to not stay in this hotel.

On the very first place it wasn't safe to stay at this hotel. The staff is very rude including the manager. Bad smell everywhere, rooms were not clean. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
i pay the charges in advance by phone pe to oyo, but the hotel manager declined to offer the room. He said that oyo doesn't pay them on time. The manager charged me cash. No help from oyo regarding my double payment.
