Service was pathetic. Flush was not working and one switch was already broken in room no 209 before check in. They charged 400 extra forcefully while check out. Geyser was not available. Never ever think to stay there. The behaviour of the receptionist was unbearable.

The room was clean and nice. We got there at 3 am early morning although the door was locked but in just one call the receptionist came and opened the door for us.
Worst experience. Booking was confirmed which was booked by oyo app by making full payment and also confirmed by calling at hotel on the day of stay in morning. But when I reached their to check in, they clearly denied and said there is no rooms available. They also responding very rudely and saying why you pay online by applying coupon codes.
I don't know why OYO is registering these types of hotels on their platform.
If i have option to rate in minus I would definitely give them -10 out of -10.
Room was quite a mess with dirty washroom and broken taps.
If you're looking for a budget stay near Chandigarh railway station you can go for KB Square hotel which is next to this property.

Rooms blanket are cozy and good . Geyser is defective still works somehow . Wifi second floor not working. Else good room. Prices are high for food though there is food and other things easily accessible and station walking distance. Book from Oyo no extra fees or else go there and show them Oyo prices. They will take that only. All rooms are same. Cheap rooms available not upto the mark.
Not a good experience. The hotel has no lift, rude staff and nobody comes for help. Behaviour of the staff was not good at all.
