OYO Hotel 9634 Sector 42 - Hotel in Chandigarh - Chandigarh, India

I don't know how to put my experience in words over here. All I can say this place along with staff is really bad. I had terrible experience during my stay. Bedsheet and blanket were dirty. Room do not look as they show in images so beware of that, otherwise you will be fooled. I had to call them twice to change bedsheet. For water bottle I had to call them 4 times and had to personally go to reception to ask for water and other basic thing like towel, bucket etc. I am never going to go to this place ever. And who ever is reading this friend go find some other place. This place is not worth a Rupee.

Worst Experience. We booked 4 rooms for 4 days and we were made to change the rooms 4 times during this period. 2 rooms were full of Insects and we had to change the rooms at midnight. Hot/cold Water for bathing purpose was not available when needed. At the last day of this worst place we were made to accommodate ourselves in 3 rooms. If you are comfortable in changing the room everyday with your luggage and don't require water for bath and love to sleep with inspects, then this is the place for you. Do visit.

Good rooms. Small for three people which OYO allowed booking. They didn't have single extra bed. The room looked like this after adjustments leaving no space for movement. Also the hotel is good in terms of safety, cleanliness but is located in shady location. Location wise there are much better options available

No one was wearing mask. Walls were broken. Smelly room. Telephone in the room was not working. Spider webs were everywhere. Dusting was not done. Room was very small. No space to stand besides the bed. Privacy issues were there. Very unhygienic. Location was good but parking problem if you have a car there's no facility of parking, they just tell you to park your car on the road. Go for some other option i suggest.

While running low on the budget and using OYO to book a room for myself, I found this place to stay. The location is not so apt, if you are considering to go with Family. The rooms and corridors were messy and stinky. Plus point to the service providers on the front desk. Room service wasn't good neither the food quality. It's the smile on the faces of the front desk attendants, that provided a lil bit of comfort during stay.

-ve review . On reaching hotel, they refused the booking done through Oyo and asked for extra charges for booking the room. They said Oyo is not in terms with them. They harrassed us. When we went to see the room, they made false excuses. Room was not up to the mark. All ac's were not working. No water in the room. TV not working. Extra mattress was bad. They brought room keys after 20 minutes. Made my old father stand outside the room for 20 minutes. Then after sometime they said your room is not confirmed and totally denied Oyo booking. Oyo area manager didn't resolve our issue

No breakfast was given, No room Cleaning, staff was very rude, there is no arrangement for extra blanket while asking for that staff mentioned that turn off the AC if its cold... I Mean how can he say it like this. Teach ur staff about some hospitality

I have just checked out of the hotel.The room I pre booked was deluxe 3x but the room I got was pathetic ...The reception staff is so confused that they mess up all the time with themselves .Kitchen staff is good..In room the ac is having a layer of fungus that leads us to end up to doctor. pathetic services Don't even dare to book this amenity for stay. The reception staff is forceful in doing ratings and thts why I changed my review when I am out of the properity.
