Unknown. No such thing as a hotel or guesthouse at this address. Tried calling and got sonething called 'Tivoli Cititel' in Guguram. But no one answered.
What's more it is listed as 'Indian residents only'. I missed that. When I called a leather Oyo in the vicinity we gad communication difficulties- not just language. Someone was screaming in the background. If this co ti yes I will not use Oyo in India (even though it is, I believe, an Indian company of independents) I use Oyo satisfactorily in Japan.

we as family like the interior, behavior of staff, good food and lovely atmosphere
Rooms are good, clean. Staff are also courteous and prompt. Bathrooms have a funnily odd architecture, but neat and serve the purpose well! Location wise it's pretty good, though the lane it is in needs some walking (approximately 5-7 minutes walk to the main road). Taking four wheelers inside the lane (beside Lagaan restaurant) is a challenge so ensure to check first before getting your car inside. Ola/ Uber are readily available (of course depending on the drivers!). Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Rooms are very poor quality. Bedsheets are not cleaned properly. Bathroom locks are broken. Need proper maintenance.

Best food, the"TUITY FRUITY ice cream" & "FISH N CHIPS" is a MUST TRY best service , good & suitable place for kids, it has a swing & a little fish pond... perfect for both lunch & dinner, when one is in the mood for a long drive dine out!!!!!!
