The hotel is in small Street. Ambience is not good also the rooms were too small and dirty, bed sheets were dirty too. The condition of washroom is like public free toilets. Which is impossible to use.
Don't even think to book this hotel. This was the worst hotel of my life. Washroom was not cleaned. Beds were not cleaned and no ventilation.
Booked room online from Oyo and paid online. Got confirmation on the room with booking Id and everything. Went to the hotel an hour later and the owner denied any booking. Said all rooms were booked for next 3 days. Took me to next door hotel and I had to again pay 750 rs for another room as it was already 6.30 and I was tired. A big scam between Oyo and hotels to dupe people.
Not for family type hotel which I felt during stay. Rooms are having AC but no ventilation. Bathroom doesn't have even an exhaust. Cook will take sleep even though you order room service. No cleanliness at par also. Only one positive point is; it's near a railway station.

The room service was not at all good. Basic things were not available like the bucket ,mug , hand towel was not there, mirror was too small. Washroom was not not clean . The blanket provided was not of good quality. Very light as per the weather it was not at all enough. The food service was good that is only reason of giving 2stars, the food was good and the behaviour of the cheaf was also good.
They have very bad service smell in all the rooms not clean toilets tv was not working and staff was dealing very badly with all customers.
Worst experience of my life. I stayed there with two of my friends for a night. There was problem with the fan, the bed was so harsh that it gave all three of us backpain the next morning. On asking for change of the room, the manager denied and was very rude with his behavior. For every request we made, he kept denying without even listening properly. The only star I'm giving because of a guy working over there, who helped us a bit in the situation.
