Very good hotel . Just near mahakaleshwar temple, walking distance. Very courteous staffs. If you want to attend bhasma aarati, this is the hotel you should choose.

Rooms need a makeover. It stinks. Owner is very hospitable but the other staff are too average. Location is in a very congested place which makes it difficult to access with luggage.

We visit this place in September with family.
I book this hotel from oyo but whole hotel ceiling was leaking because it was raining outside from last two days.
Walls of rooms were wet
Room was provided on 3rd floor and no lifts are there .
No bedsheet ,pillow cover ,towel given by the staff .
Gyser is not available in our rooms
The only plus point was A GUY WHO USE TO MAKE TEA IN THE HOTEL is a hardworking guy and try to less your problem.
The hotel who is least bothered about its customers. Since it is near to temple so they care less for even Oyo. Never ever get this hotel booked from Oyo at least. We did it by surpassing one review from visitor who already shared his experiences. We arrived late night and we had already informed this 2 times to Oyo and costumer care Oyo assured me that your room is booked and they had communicated it to the property. But when we arrived at 2.30AM the Hotel Tathastu denied of any rooms. Horrible. At 2.30 AM . How to rely on Oyo ?

We stay for 2 days with my children no any issue from staff service was very quick.restaurant and room was best, food quality and taste also good. Most thankful to rukmani, pravin thakor and other staff behavior like familiar and good service of rest
Hotel owner is a soft spoken gentleman. There was an issue with top floor room and he offered to change our room. Rooms are neat and clean and location of the hotel is excellent. No issue with day staff but night Staff needs to be little more active
