Mrs. Sonam is an excellent yoga teacher.I did yoga under his supervision and got amazing results in 2 months.The best thing is that their whole session is full of energy and the yoga practitioner also gets the same energy in their class. I had many problems like sleeplessness, throat problem etc. Very good results came in 2 months I am getting lot of relief from yoga.I feel energetic throughout the day.I would request that every one must also try their online or offline class once.
