Stayed here for 2 nights. A good service provided by them. Food also available(Veg). The hotel is located 450 meters from the Mahakal temple and 1.5 kilometres from the Ujjain Railway Station.

Booked 15hrs before check-in date/time online and made a payment upfront. Lost a family member so had to cancel the booking over the IVR, 2hrs before check-in. Made a follow-up call 05 days later to check for an update on the refund, but their senseless and unfriendly policies don't allow refunds if cancelled within less than 24hrs of check-in. How do you expect me to cancel a booking 24hrs in advance, which was made only 15hrs prior? Fabhotels should work with friendlier policies, considering customer engagement and loyalty. I have been a loyal customer, but now looking at the response from their customer service representative - Mr Sanjay, who slammed the phone on my face when asked to speak to a manager, i don't think i would be booking a stay with them anytime in the future. Unfriendly policies topped with a terrible and disgusting customer service is not going to take you far in the service and hospitality industry.

Location is best u can have for shre maha kaal Darshan. Big variety of food . Own restaurant of 2 floors. Best possible deal for ujjan..

Well, this place is decent as compared to all the hotels located near by temple. Still, room cleaniness is not that good. We found cockroaches in rooms. Apart from it, service really good, staff is polite and helpful. Food in their restaurant is really good.

Room charge is way too expensive than the Room size,service & everything. Even after charging GST,they have charged 5% extra for Room service delivery of food items,even Baby milk was charged at 5% additionally.Service is bad looking at super high Room charge at more than 5000/day, which is normal charge of 3 star/5star hotel in prime cities.

Only Thing Works In Favor of FabHotel Satyug is Its Strategic Location. It is Approximately 400 - 500 Meters from Shri Mahakal Temple Complex. No Tea Coffee Maker Pouches Provided, Wifi is Unstable and Unreliable. Hot Water Kettle Not Provided In Room, They Said Only 3 Water Kettle They Have Available. Soap, Shampoo Kit Was Provided only for first Couple of Days. My Stay was for 5 Days. Additionally Mineral Water Bottle Was Provided only on First Day, There is No Kent RO or Aquaguard Installed in Hotel. You Will Have To rely on Bisleri or Kinley Bottle Which in Turn You Have to Purchase from Satyug Restaurant only. Housekeeping is also Not cUpto The Mark. Morning Around 7 I handed over Keys and asked them for Cleaning and Housekeeping. Came Back at 6 In Evening, found that Bed Sheets Not Cleaned, Toilet Also Same Condition. We were 4 Family Members, Daily I had to Dial Reception for Clean Towels Supply in Room. In the End, I would say only if you want Close Proximity and Good Access to Shri Mahakal Temple Complex then Opt for FabHotel Satyug. Ro Tarrif is also Around 5500 to 4500 for Single Day. Maybe One Should Try Other Hotels Also. There Are Huge Number of Hotels in and Around The Area.

Money oriented hotel, the rooms don't even have an window for ventilation, and as per market rate it only costs 1500rs but hotel is charging 3700rs per day and more than 4500rs per day on days like Monday. Totally money oriented hotel doing business by taking benifit of devotional place

Extremely helpful front desk. Location is perfect close to the Mahakaleshwar temple and also close to the market. Food is delicious, kitchen is clean & rooms are good.
