OYO 15772 Silver City - Hotel in Chandigarh - Chandigarh, India

Worst experience in my life. If something in the hotel is poor i can mentioned but everything in hotel regal plaza is worst. From cleanliness to hospitalitiy everything is worst. I dont want to rate them even with 1 star. It is hotel were they take money for drinking water. There is no bed sheet to cover yourself in the room, no towel, no hot water, no wifi. Guys believe me pls don't take risk. Staffs are very rude, when i ask receptionist to bring me water to drink he given me a 1 ltr mineral water and he haven't told me they will charge for it, during checking out the duty guy ask me to pay 30rs for one ltr water and when i asked him y u haven't informed me before he told me that it is not his mistake and i have to ask the person who was duty earlier. They are not even taking responsibility for the mistake done by their own staff. It is not even worth for the money u r paying. And the rest is upto u guys.

The hotel is hid among a plethora of other businesses and it is fairly difficult to find it even with assistance from GPS. The rooms are very ordinary and small. The bathroom however was decent which is what matters if you're only there for an overnight stay. Upon arrival the beds were unclean but the owner immediately got them changed on request. There is also an attached balcony which lends a little ambience to a mediocre room. It's great for smoking. I don't think there's a kitchen in the hotel so food has to be ordered from outside, which a boy from the hotel would gladly do. The owner is a nice young lad and is very helpful. If you are a student or a traveler looking for a night's stay then the place should be okay otherwise a better hotel is strongly recommended.

My experience for booking with Oyo was made horrible by the hotel staff. Firstly, they didn't give me the room I paid for. They said that the room is already full (I dont understand , how could they let someone else book the room which I have already paid for). Next, when I was checking out, they forced me to give them a 5 star rating on Oyo telling me " for every 5 star rating on oyo, hotel will get 75 Rs". I said " I will not give you 5 star because you did not give me the room I paid for". To that his threatning reply was " chala ja yha se...aage se booking mat kra liyo iss hotel ki" (Get lost, dont you dare to ever book this hotel again).. I did not retaliated but the manner in which that person on reception behaved has derogated Oyo's reputation. I dont think I would ever be able to book a Oyo room again. Room is good. T.V cable is not come in my room i told thrise but no action taken. Morning time no hot water is coming. no dustbin in my anither room. All experience is good but take some priority of guest.

It was amazing as we were delivered what was promised, the staff was polite and helped me through my sunrise check in, rooms were spacious and cozy, rooms were samr as shown in the pictures. Location was on main road, easily accessible and near to all major city centers. Will surely prefer this place again whenever I'll come back to chandigarh.

I would have given zero instead....one of the worst hotel in chandigarh....anyway this is the condition of most of the hotels in Chandigarh.....booked for 1000 online but was made to pay 1500. Rooms are stinky...bathrooms are bad....lock is in worst condition...it takes a lot of time to lock and unlock. Also not very good places to eat nearby. Good thing is...they provided extra blanket and warm water very humbly.

A complete value for money.. Stay is good, sleep quality good, Yummy food, Excellent service and customer satisfaction. We stayed as a couple for 3 days and never felt disappointing except the locality as it is a market place which is overcrowded but at hotel there is no disturbance at all due to it.

Rooms are big ...but some rooms have damped walls. It's okay type hotel not too good not too bad. Online charges shows 1200/- per day for double room. Got it offline in 900/- it's not worth more than this amount. Food in hotel service is costly. So it's better to go for online food option. No lifts. Room service is poor. Telephone don't work...(that might be a temporary problem ).
