we had a worst experience in OVUM hospital Kalyan Nagar(NABH accredited hospital) I am give 1star because of NICU care was excellent . staffs are very friendly and coordination was very good. house keeping service was good I am also health care professional and working at one of the reputed hospital at india. i know what is the process in hospital is going on. my wife got labor pain and went to hospital early morning 3am . they took 3hrs to admit patient till that time patient sitting at front office with pain's. finally we got bed at 5.30am i have called 2 times for assistances no body came to assist and when i shouted on 3rd time they are coming. No proper sitting area at ward. there is no visiting hours to patient attenders. there is no communication b/w staffs and patients and doctors. when we asked doctor number they are refused to give and they said all doctors have star numbers. discharge process was worst. for my baby discharge intimation done at 2pm and they discharge patient at 1.30 early morning. canteen facility is very poor. Rats are roaming around canteen hand wash basin down. Please see the attached photos. pigeons are flying all over canteen and no hygienic at canteen. and cost of food is very High. 1 tea cost 20 and milk cost 30rs . on discharge time when i asked medical records they are refused to give medical records and they said medical records are maintaining for hospital purpose. according to data protection law patients have full right to access their medical records. when we went see to doctor on follow-up appointment there is no staffs at counter and we have waited 2 hrs to meet doctor, that to not treating doctor its different pediatric doctor. and same day one of the baby got epilepsy and came emergency basis nursing staff are said to wait to see the doctor. immediately that baby parents are shouted and left the hospital. they should know the emergency criteria to treat the patients. I will strongly recommend to others pls think before going to such kind of hospital. Don't think about money think about health

Very good service very cooperative and supportive staff. Quick and easy to book appointment, staffs are very friendly and pleasing people at ovum. I always prefer ovum for my son good paediatrician with high education background.

Ovum Child Hospital is really special for us and one of the best maternity hospitals in Bangalore .We thoroughly enjoyed the level of care and service provided by hospital staffs. The entire staffs at this hospital will go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of children. The scan doctor are not only highly skilled but take their time in explaing the baby scan in detail. The nurses in the labor ward were very supportive. They are very knowledged and understand the emotions of the patients. I would recommend just listen to their instructions. In terms of cleanliness and hygiene, the hospital is at its best. The rooms staffs ensures the room service at its best. Finally big big thanks to our doctor Dr. Harini Shetty who is so kind and supportive from day 01. We are so lucky to have her . Without her guidance we won't have made a normal delivery . We are blessed with a girl baby today and kudos to knowledge and patience she posses. Overall, Ovum Hospital is top-notch medical care with more focus for families seeking best hospitality.

We have visited Dr. Adarsh, one of THE BEST doctor in Bangalore for pediatrics. He is kind, gentle and warm with kids. Never disappointed our expectations be it early or late, he had the beautiful smile on his face to welcome you. As a parent we had lots of thoughts about our kid, but the doctor explained it so well and prescribed medications which are just required. Mostly he doesn't recommend antibiotics for kids which is really good. Ps. He is a fitness freak - will ensure child recovery and makes parents healthy

One of the best place for maternity care in Bangalore. Very near to Hebbal in terms of accessibility. We were consulting Dr. Vijayalakshmi who is well experienced, sweet and caring. She listens to patients and answer all queries - very practical doctor. She delivered what she assured us. Nurses, housekeeping staffs and others are very much accessible and professional. They are always available at your service. Specials thanks to Mrs Reshma for guiding us throughout.

It's give me immense pleasure to review Ovum Hospital. We had a great experience of my baby delivery here. Right from nurses of labour room till the discharge (Roja, Beena, Padma, Meena, sujatha, Tinku) housekeeping staffs, (Priya, Anitha), Junior doctors, senior doctors were so kind and supportive. However for delivery, we have Dr Madhumeeta mam and Dr shyamala mam from sri sai hospital. I don't have any words to thank them for Normal delivery experience we had. They are one of best gynecologist in this area. My wife usually don't eat hospital food but she really enjoyed the canteen food here.Yummy and healthy. Also staffs at billing counter, Insurance people so patiently addressing query and cooperating. We had a seamless experience. And Most important part was ITS ECONOMICAL for all. Please keep the packages same in future so that everyone can afford it. Thanks all for having great delivering experience

Second time experience in ovum hospital.. I have always felt this is the best place for a safe delivery for all expecting moms.. Doctors and staffs are friendly and more over you are charged reasonably for all the services unlike other hospitals who just are money minded people with assistants or duty doctors taking care of you. Both my delivery have been smooth and I just loved every bit of it. The housekeeping, staffs, admins and also massage therapist Bhagya has just blown off my mind.. thank you team Ovum. Way more to go..
