This is a Fantastic GYM!! And the trainer is super super super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how he give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I have gone for some days but I saw numerous changes in my energy levels and body. It's great! And the trainer is so upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging and it is such a joy working out here at this complete, spacious,fully equipped and clean gym. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! You won't be disappointed.
Not a good gym for beginners as no coach is available the owner is the coach and he doesn't even know the name of the exercises and the machines.. they have a coach in the evening time but he is just to play music there or just for chit chatting with girls and adjusting weights for them. Only good if you already know your work out or you are at intermediate level. Or else you might end up having injuries by doing wrong exercise which they are not responsible for as they mention in gym. But not before taking any advance from you.
Oscar is the best gym for Gym lovers. The Gym is equiped with all machines which are required to be in Gym and all are working properly. Moreover, the Owner of the Gym is very humble, kind and super nice to all the members of the Gym. There is no time limitation for workout and the price is reasonable too. So i suggested everyone to Join this Gym for once.
Firstly i start from trainer .He is really good knowledgeable , friendly, always ready to help and the way he is helping to do exercise is also good . 2 = Equipment really good advance technology and the area of a gym is quite wide so u can easily do excercise . And this gym is also safe for girls
I joined this gym 2 months back, trainer is very professtional and polite , friendly environment in gym, most important safe for female, all latest workout machines are availabledo visit if you want relaxation of mind....weight gain....weight loss....and mostly inportant to keep your body fit
