Staff are very lazy. Didn't even bother to check what's the problem in my OnePlus 5t phone when I reported problem with power button. They simply denied to check the phone saying parts are not available for 5t inspite of me insisting to check what's the problem atleast.

Recently been for my phone service here. The service personal are good unlike the showroom staff. I was just sitting on the stove in front of the TV's and checking out while waiting for an update regarding my phone, the entire showroom was literally empty, yet a showroom staff comes she says " if you are here for service you can't sit here,move!", was genuinely interested in the tv but won't go there to buy anything. Did not expect such rude behavior with an existing customer..

Very nice vibe and super helpful staff. I just needed to get dust cleaned from my phone's usb c port, it was done fairly quickly. It's also a nice touch that they serve free coffee, but honestly, where's the chai? I don't even mind paying for some good chai.
