I've been a member of this fitness center for the past two months, primarily for cardio workouts, and I must say it's been a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is so inviting that I look forward to my workouts every day, making exercise feel enjoyable. The center's consistent Monday to Friday schedule is convenient, always punctual, and ensures I can stick to my routine. I joined yoga class before 2 months ago,now I feel fitness of my body The trainer Mrs Archana Sharma is excellent,her teaching process is totally methodical,i love it,I love everything in this institute. The owner Mrs. Poonam Ram is very kindhearted and polite person,she helps me a lot.

Sir took our classes very carefully and encouraged us. Because of him, I have lost weight in 6 months. I am very thankful to Vikash sir for this. Our class is very clean, discipline is always maintained in the class and I got good treatment from everyone here. Thanks to "Om Yoga Fitness" center for everything.

We have the biggest Skating ring in Howrah district,!45+beginner and professional skater under training in OYF institute.I md farooque as a trainer wish u the best off luck up coming howrah district championships 2023...
