The store manager and the store representative are thug, right now the biggest sale is going on their online and offline store. I visited the store yesterday, they said that their is a buy 2 get 1 free offer in Maybelline, Loreal and Nyx. I purchased 5 product from Maybelline so ideally 1 of the product should have been given to me for free but I have been charged for all of my 5 product. The say all lucrative things like you get the store discount and this and that but give you nothing. Pathetic experience, will neither shop from here ever nor will suggest anyone.

I'm not going to visit this store ever again the sales associate there are so rude I'm obviously not going to buy something which is so expensive which I won't use often. They just handed over the makeup cleanser to remove the Swatches I did and went and the other associate very arrogantly said do visit again like they were going to pay for the product which i was about to buy or something plus they just show the high end products everytime. It was a pathetic experience this time and I won't ever visit that store again.

I recently bought MAC products and had a wonderful shopping experience at Nykaa for which I'm thankful to 'Mr. Prashant' from the store. He has been extremely patient, very polite throughout the purchase, and had good knowledge about products.

Hello Team, I want to share my experience. I purchased few cosmetic products from this store in Feb 2022, and now when I searched the bill after 6 months... just to recall the exact name of the product. I got to know that I was CHEATED by store manager/sales women. In the bill they have charged 2 times for same product(costly one) and have not billed the cheaper one.... so at the end quantity sums correct but rate is differ by Rs700. Thankyou Nyka for teaching me leason.

Very bad service. Sales girls are only after showing high range of products and insisting to buy and behaviour is pathetic. Wasted my 3700 rs there. Please hire some male beauty adviser as in every other cities have mostly male advisers who has product knowledge and have patience. Jamshedpur Nyka only has girls who have 0 product knowledge and will only show high range products. Will not recommend anyone to go. Even if you know the product name and sure what to buy then also the girls will shservices ow different products of hight range and then talk about difference and quality.

My sister bought an eyeliner which was jammed and we couldn't open it. The next day we went to the store hoping for an exchange or open the item. They did open the item in front of us and found out to be hollow. We bought a product and it was empty !?!? It was like as if they are using a fake product, bought from Delhi -first copy thingy. So, as from a genuine store we asked for an exchange but the sales/manager - Arkdeep/Arshdeep or something similar was extremely rude. He started shouting on us as if it was our mistake to buy a product at their store. He was unprofessional and unacceptable. He had no boundaries on how to talk to a women, I mean why would you use slangs on women!? Personally I felt bad and will take it up with whatever level I can. My poor sister has to come out of there for her innocence but professionally we must strongly condemn this behaviour. For a management who cannot be prof I would never recommend anyone buying anything from this store.

Nykaa, you get this review for Sushmita, she is a staff person at Jamshedpur Nykaa. Well aware and informed about the products you sell. This is the first time in years have I been informed about the product warranty engraved within the product and what it means. If you guys do have a bonus system regarding employee reviews, let me know where to sign up. She for sure deserves one!
