NU(West) hospitals, doctors and staff are wonderful people. We had a smooth process from OP to admission, surgery and post op care. The doctors, nurses and the maintenance staff were warm and always there to help and clarify any doubts effectively and give clarity with directness. NU West is one of the best hospitals and have no complaints. A big Thank You to the Doctors, Nurses and the staff of this hospital.

NU Hospitals host an extremely competent specialist community. All staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Any queries we had were answered and dealt with in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly on my stay and I would highly recommend the hospital.

I have (still a patient )a wonderful and plasent experience of the hospital. The staff takes care of the patient promptly and efficiently, always with a smile . Hospitality is admirable. As a patient I am made to feel at home. At every level there is someone to guide and direct promptly. Unlike other places ,the doctors are patient friendly. They very clearly explain the matter and spent enough time with patient. The doctors are very simple and genuinely dedicated to the healing mission . The nursing staff make the patient feel at home with lots of TLC. Sevice at pharmacy could be faster and smarter. I wonder if afford plan is genuine and reliable. I have my reservations about it. NU West is definitely one of the best among the big hospitals in India. We had a smooth process from checking in to admission and everything else. We received very hospitable services since our arrival and all of the staff from the insurance department, to the nursing stations and doctors down to the cleaning department, were very warm and hospitable. Huge thanks to Kruthika for her exemplary service from day 1, she made sure we had everything we needed and was available for assistance at any time. All of the nurses as well as doctors made sure the patient had all his doubts cleared and was well-informed about everything happening around him. Don't have any complaints about any of the staff, all of them always greeted us with the biggest smiles on their faces. Doctors visited the patient regularly to check on him and answered all of his questions without showing signs of annoyance like we have observed in some other hospitals. Huge applause to NU West's team for the way everything was perfectly executed.

NU hospital provide excellent service for the patient. The doctors are great. They follow up everyday 3 to 4 times to the patient. Thanks to all the doctors, nurses and housekeeping staffs. They are really hardworking. All staffs are very friendly and always available.

The service i received from Nu hospital is excellent. Dr pramod and staffs are friendly . One of the best urology hospital. Clean and well maintained hospital. Like the hospital, doctors and staff are wonderful people. Affordable plan is easy to operate and saving me some money with the cash back discount. Ms Shruthi helps me with uploading and paying the money every time, she is very courteous

The canteen provided excellent food and service, with Manjanath and the cooks delivering delicious meals. Additionally, having attentive and caring nurses made a significant difference in the hospital experience. Their dedication to good service surely enhanced my stay.
