I have started my yoga journey through an app first but i was not doing it correctly, which i came to know when i joined Nikki Yoga Studio. I have started therapy yoga with them and it is so helpful for me. My knee gap was reduced at the age of 40, and going through with a lot of pain even after taking proper medications. Just after 12-13 classes, my pain is gone by 80-90%. The vibe of the place is amazing, very positive. Ms Nikki herself takes the therapy batch and she is a wonderful and very helpful person. Those who have issues like joints or back pain, anxiety, diabetes, BP or anything, yoga is must for them and this studio is absolutely perfect for all.

Dedicated and encouraging instructors, different exercises every day which means with regular attendance you train every muscle in your body. My mind is calmer, thinking is clearer. I feel more connected with people and myself. My body feels flexible and strong, and, most importantly, I brought sciatica under control with guidance of our instructors. I like that we are taught about benefit of every posture we practice, this helps to deeper connect with our bodies. always say that certain people love yoga and we are all connected by that love. Taking this opportunity I want to say thank you to our instructors for their dedication, encouragement, understanding, time and effort.
