This fitness center is very good. Our Priya mam is very good and friendly in nature. She instructs in a impressive way. All the exercise equipments are available here. The environment is quite very awesome. Fitness center maintains cleanliness and hygiene. There is a very friendly circle between us . If you want to join fitness center then Nesam ladies fitness center is best. I would recommend this to all ladies. The fees are affordable. At last I want to say that Nesam Ladies Fitness Center is very astounding.

Only ladies gym first and very safe gym equipments are excellent customer friendly upstairs elliptical rectify and calories count not working rowing machine as early as rectify and nice and safe for ladies and kindness and we'll trainer and fees also normal and lot of equipments are there

Excellent !!! I haven't been to a gym or fitness centre.This is my first experience . In the beginning I had little bit fear whether I could reduce my weight.
