Over all i really appreciate the initiative from the government however the place has nothing healing in it due to poor management. My experience so far : 1. the first person you enter is security guard and from the beginning till end of the day you will be meeting at least 5 security guard, who in fact are extremely rude. they act as if the own the hospital. 2. There are hundreds of department and zero enquiry counter available, so best of luck finding your way around. 3. Doctors are taking there job so casually that they will keep mis-guiding you. For the same sickness we visited three different doctors and we got three different response. 4. Unlike any other hospitals here there are no ward boy given to any patient, I saw one elderly lady pushing around her daughter in a Stretcher from department to department for conducting test. 5. they might ask to do hundreds of tests but positive results are not assured, and test have become just a medium to postponed you. No one there is really worried about your health. So what i conclude is that there are issues right from the very basic bottom, and the cause is due to those sitting at the top. This results is chain reaction, which becomes never ending harassment for the common people. So the solution is that the Director (Dr.) Nalin Mehta must put down the position for some one more capable of getting the things done.

Cleanliness is A+ But to Find the Ward number is Difficulty You have to wait long queues to get appointment

It's a clean OPD and IPD but it will be great if there is a restrictions on chewing tobacco since my patient and myself cannot tolerate the smell of it and everyone from the Security, receptionist till the patient it's horrible they should make it a tobacco free zone.

Worst hospital of the North East with illiterate behaving like staffs..... And also feel like all the staffs are hired from foreign becoz they don't know to speak in our National Language "Hindi"........ INSTEAD THEY SPEAK IN BROKEN ENGLISH LIKE PRE-SCHOOL STUDENTS........ Totally waste of money I think government should dismantle this useless hospital

Worst experience....my uncle was cancer patient he was quite okay but doctor said it is important to do big operation when they already knew the disadvantage and then they did operation and they killed him.....as they made mistake while doing operation.....So,all and all I would like to say that this hospital should be closed.... I nvr heard that any patient get recovered when they visit there

Very impressed hospital..many more patients were go there for better treatment..all staff's and Doctor s are very kind hearted person..and testing fees are also very low cost..and very neat and well-maintained place.

Worst hospital n staff I have met there. no response while asking information, always delaying in everything, no explanation, rude
