Neha Prakash Hospital is like our family hospital. We have been coming here for all my family members since more than 18 years. Since then they have the best and most experienced doctors. The hospital staff too are very kind and attentive. The insurance claims are processed very quickly, they have the best insurance team.
I was a patient here before, it was a nice experience. There are little complains I had here, but its not a big issue. If you are trying to admit in a friend budget: affordable: neat experience I would probably recommend RNPH.
The services provided by the hospital was good. The rooms are tidy and well maintained. However, the discharge process is painful and they keep you waiting without proper attention.
Very Clean, atmosphere is also good.. Ms. Rehana, nursing staff behaviour was so good at the time of treatment of mine.
I got admitted here because of dengue fever. Doctors, nurses and house keeping people really treated well. And also the cost here is reasonable when compared to other hospitals in yelahanka new town..
They told duty doctor will treat the problem they gave appointment when we came here the doctor had no idea about disease, they asked us to come tomorrow.. very disappointed that they take people for granted
