Nakoda Palace - Hotel in Ujjain - Ujjain, India

It was not a very pleasant stay. I travelled with my family. check-in time mention 10 am, but actual check-in time is 11 am, written at the reception desk. I am listing below the pros and cons of staying in this hotel as per my experience. Pros:1. Location is just opposite to the Ujjain railway station, walking distance only. 2. We are allowed to have early check-in upon request. Thank you so much for that. One star for that kind help. Cons:1. Cleanliness is the biggest concern. We were allowed early check-in but bed sheet was not changed, blanket was full of dust and seems dusting was not done for a long period. Curtains seemed not washed for years. No dustbin in the room. No toiletries was given. No towel was given. No door mat at the bathroom door. Fan and AC were in working condition, thanks to the holy lord. 2. Bathroom condition was somewhat okay but not satisfactory. 3. Upon multiple follow up bed sheet was changed around 2 pm. It was our good fortune that we carried a towel by our own else having a bath before lord Mahakal darshan would have been difficult.We were counting the time somehow to pass and left for the boarding point before time. I strongly advice not to consider this place if you have dust allergy and travelling with small kid/s. I was surprised to learn the tariff they were quoting to the customers who were coming over there for spot booking for the rooms of such poor hygiene. Very shocking experience.

Worst experience of my life with this hotel, we had rooms booked in advance with payment and when we reached there they receiption says there are no rooms available, there is no booking in our name, we would give you only one room at another place etc. I had to file a complaint against the hotel immediately and after knowing that the receptionist says we are giving you the two rooms. The rooms they gave were very poor in cleanness and smelling, we had no option to stay there as it was 04am in the early morning. We cancelled the booking for the rest of two days and found another place...... very very ridiculous services

Very arrogant staff at reception, without even checking if I had a pre-booking they denied entry in the hotel as soon we got out of taxi. I had to explain that I had a pre-booking done and paid already. Worst services, no towels were provided when we asked they said they don't have it. We asked for bedsheets to cover while sleeping in night, they simply denied it.There were mosquitoes in room, we requested for mosquito replant or all out, they denied saying they don't provide.The RO water they provided was smelly and not drinkable, didn't have bottled water I had to go out early morning at 5 am to look for water bottles.The worst ever experience

I booked this via Make My Trip. Everything was dirty. right from bedsheets, pillows, bathrooms. bathrooms were smelly with no soaps. No default hot water they provided a heater to make it hot. no intercom. Its a dirty, lodge prised too high and not a hotel

Pathetic hotel, room was untidy, shabby. Very very poor service. At Rs 1500/-, the AC rooms are not worth it. The hotel has one AC remote, apparently, because they turn on the AC and then take away the remote control. You won't find any amenities . Only plus point is the hotel is very close to Railway Station.

Pathetic is the word for this hotel.. Right from the bedsheet, room, almirah, pillows, bathroom everything was dirty and unhygienic.. I got stuck here cos I had already paid for the booking via MMT.. Staff behaviour was rude specially the sitting at the reception in the night shift.. Room was full of dirt & Cockroaches.. Highly not recommended.. Do not book your stay at this hotel

Very poor rooms and not gd Services also.. don't stay here..Tv not working they took 1500rs for one day

Location just opposite to railway station Mahakaleshwar temple 1.5 km Near by so many restaurants which provides good food with quality Auto drivers are honest Hotel staff behavior is very nice Cleanliness and hygiene are no. 1 Overall good experience
