I had undertaken basic to Moderate level yoga classes for maintaining healthy lifestyle, under guidance of yoga trainer rajat. The sessions are quite easy to understand for beginners. The way he trains to understand difficult yoga exercises is remarkable. His classes are properly planned and he is flexible with all sort of timings as per the student. The ambience of this centre is also quite good with positive vibes. I would recommend to attend his sessions.
