Sumit sir is awesome yoga mentor who taught me begginer level. It's easy to understand I really enjoyed it. I really recommend him and have fun your yoga life with him. People having issues like back pain and cervical , elevate yoga classes will be the best choice for them , i personally got too much relief in just couple of days in my pain. They have many types of therapies which will help you in your body pain. One of the best therapy i have experienced is "cup therapy" , believe me that was brilliant. Highly recommended!!
