Staff not good... doesn't provide proper info about their products

Good place to shop eat and refresh ur mood via PVR but the drawback is that its many a times overcrowded with people who just want to timepass and enjoy the AC

I'm very happy to buy a phone from here. They are very careful. Unfortunately I didn't get my choice color phone. But I got another color.

They are very bad, even they did not show mobile properly and did misbehave with customers. I absolutely like mi phone, but in this company authorize franchise dnt have manner how to communicate with the customer.

Today, in the morning, I called up Mi Store at Avani Mall because I came to know that the 30000 mAh power bank was available only there. I called them up and requested them to kee one for me as it was out of stock in most of the biggest Mi Stores. They kept one for me seperately and when I went there in the afternoon, I was delivered the product and thoroughly informed about it. The staff was also welcoming and helpful in explaining the product. Hence , I had a very good experience.

Poor behaviour from staff ....not describing specification about product ...

Got my new phone. The staffs are extremely polite, well mannered and disciplined. They are cooperative and supporting. Spend lot of time explaining me the details. You guys make my first experience with MI nice. Started using my phone couple of hours, review about phone later on!!! The behaviour of all staffs won my heart. Thank You
