Not good experience in this gym and trainer don't treat all members equally if they giving someone personal training they don't treat other members well and the management don't take any action on them.

This gym is one of the finest in Vaishali Nagar. Roof top area with open terrace. Trainers are also very helpful.

METRO FLEX GYM fit has been awesome to me. Trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout.they also got their own nutrition kitchen which cooks delicious dishes. The ambience of the gym.Deserve more than 5 I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Truly great place for workout , nice environment with open rooftop area as well as trainers are very helpful and friendly. You can enjoy zumba and crossfit also in gym package, so please guys once you must join.
